Living a full life includes all the parts of you ~ your body, mind and spirit. Today, I’m sharing some ideas for each of them!


Making Yourself A Priority ~ Get Ready to Move On Up!!

inding time to take care of yourself is the number one key and you do this by moving yourself to the top of your to-do list.
Setting aside some time for yourself will make it easier to love and nourish your body, mind and spirit. Plus,  you’ll love the end results of better health, more happiness and greater fulfillment.

Here’s a few ideas to get you started to love and nourish:

Your Body:
* Exercising and pampering yourself will help replenish your body
* Moving and taking time to rest are both important aspects to energizing your physical being
* Strengthen your body through vigorous daily activity

Your Mind:
* Seek out activities that fuel your brain
* Solve puzzles, read books, have stimulating conversations with friends and challenge yourself to complete new tasks
* Take time to stir your creative thoughts

Your Spirit:
* Make nurturing your soul a valuable part of your daily routine
* Use self-reflection to make sure you stay true to your passions and life purpose
* Read inspirational books, watch feel good movies and have inner quiet time

Now it’s time for your Self Reflection exercise below.

A gentle nudge from me to you: Don’t worry about what else you could be doing with this time. By always doing something instead of just being makes you less of who you really are. You are so worth taking care of and it is not selfish to take time just for yourself.

Part of living your healthy life is taking time for self reflection. Set aside some time to consider and answer the following questions:

Body:   How will I exercise and rest my body?
Mind:  What challenges will I give my mind?
Spirit: What would be nourishing for my spirit?

As you’re thinking about your answers, I’m guessing that more will show up for you. Take your time and really dig deep for the answers that are right for you!
